Expansion

Jeff Raskin and Steve Jobs refused to allow user expandability in the Mac and thus no ports were included. The rest of the Mac team didn't like not having expandability so they proposed a "diagnostic port". The team's manager soon caught on that is was an expansion slot and it was removed.
